Online Estimating

Would you like to receive an estimate by simply sending your photos to us? Call Mike Finney at 847-223-8522 and we can step you through the process. Or if you prefer, start your estimate right from home using your phone. Once your estimate is submitted it is sent directly to our shop where we’ll look it over and get back to you with an estimate. Here are some links to help get your online estimate started, look for the “Request an Estimate” text at the top of the page.

Stay-In-Your-Vehicle Estimating

Concerned about the person to person contact and would still like to come to the shop for an estimate? We understand, we love being here too. Platinum offers a service where we will estimate your vehicle damage while you stay in your vehicle. Once complete, the estimate will be sent to your email. If you decide to have the repairs done we can also email the authorization paperwork to you and you can leave it in the car when you drop it off. Please call the Lake Villa location at 847-223-8522 and we will set up an appointment at the Platinum location of your choice.

At-Home Estimating

If you are within 5 miles of our Lake Villa location and will be working through your insurance company, we offer free on-site estimating Monday through Friday between the hours of 9am and 3pm. We will come to you, estimate the damage, and then email you a copy of the estimate. Please call our Lake Villa location at 847-223-8522 for more information.

Free Pick-Up and Delivery

If you are located within 10 miles of any of our facilities we offer free pick-up and delivery by appointment.

Convenient Payments

Payments made by cash or check can be made in-person. Credit card payments can be made in-person, or over the phone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.
